At The Wedding Planning Community (TWPC), we’re passionate about helping couples plan their big day with real people who care. Because while online directories and endless Pinterest scrolling have their place, we believe your wedding deserves more than a click-and-cart experience.
Weddings are the ultimate symbol of human connection.
That’s why we’re building this community – online and in person – to support and guide you through your planning journey, no matter what your dream day looks like. Whether it’s a lavish affair with horse-drawn carriages and fireworks, or a quiet church ceremony with just your nearest and dearest - we’re here for it.
What Makes TWPC Live! Different?

What is TWPC Live!?
The Wedding Planning Community Live! is a one-of-a-kind wedding planning night designed to help you feel more confident, inspired, and supported - without the stress. You’ll enjoy a mix of entertainment, expert insight, and interactive elements, all in a relaxed, social setting.
Is this a wedding fair?
Not exactly. Yes, there are suppliers - but they’re not just handing out flyers (unless you ask them for one!). They’re part of the experience, showing you what they can do in a fun and natural way. It’s about connection and education, not a sales pitch.
Do I need to be a member of TWPC to attend?
No - but members do get access to tickets before they go on general sale. If you're one of our 'Devotion' members, you'll get one ticket free and if you're one of our 'Ever After' members, you'll get two tickets free. And if you come along as a non-member, after seeing and experiencing our community, we hope you'll be raring to join up!
Will people try to sell to me?
Nope. This event is all about value and experience. If you connect with someone, great - but there’s no pressure or awkward sales conversations.
What’s included in my ticket?
A welcome drink, canapés, access to the full evening of entertainment, expert talks, and interactive experiences - all designed to help you feel inspired and excited for your big day. A bar will be open for you to purchase additional drinks should you wish. This is a night out, after all!
